Technical Issues – If you experience technical difficulties with the course material or website that prevent you from accessing the course, you could be eligible for a refund after our team will investigate the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

Please note that refunds will not be available for the following circumstances:

  • Completed Courses: If you have completed the course, refund will not be available.
  • No Show: If you have not accessed the course within 14 business days since the purchase of the course, refund will not be available.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of our customers. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will refer the matter to an impartial third-party mediator for resolution.
